General Objectives:
To build a group of qualified Telecentre operators to scale up the Telecentre family network in Sri Lanka through networking, positive communication, and efficient use of resources.

Specific Objectives:
1. Develop and sustain a problem solving culture with a core telecentre staff
group to learn and share the success/failure stories of the visited centres.

2. Strengthen the communication with in telecentre staff by sharing the
learning in telecentre family website developed on ning platform
(www.tcf.lk)

Expected outcomes:
1. Telecentre operators are able to understand their problems in Telecentre
operations through sharing experiences and collectively formulating
solutions.
2. Improved communication of 72 Telecentre operators.
3. Promoting experiences/knowledge sharing as a tool for problem solving.

I read the comment all through. I think of that very good idea.we have to be united to develop nenasala.tell me what to do.I am used to everything
