Good post.Usefull Knowledge sharing is not happening as we anticipated, on TCF site. Lack of or insufficient communication by telecentre operators is also experienced by other telecentre related Ning sites in Sri lanka as well. (http://nenasala.ning.com/ and http://telecenter.ning.com/).
What are your idea's to improve coomunication on this site?
