we all discuss and implement so many programes for TeleCentres but most of the time we forget the very important thing, which is very essential to introduce ICT4rural communities in such countries. it is VIC means Village Information Centres. i am very interested in working with VICs. so....i would like to add this topic for further discussion of all to get some ideas..........

Cultural look to teleCentre

how can we develop a telecentre (with selected criteria) as a Cultural Centre in each rural area. it will be helpful to telecentre to reach villagers than we hope and by that tco s will get opertunity to solve many problems regarding centre (also attitudes of people) .......... ????? ..........
