Dear Rinsy,

U dont have to pay for the course, just buy the IT book & follow the course then after that can sit for the exam.Plz go through the presentation i have uploaded here the you'll get to know about the whole procedure.

Hi Sanjeewa,

Could u please, document in this group the present problems faced by telecentre operators regarding IT courses. Problems could be related standards, marketing and competition, course curriculum,recognition of courses by the community, etc.

Please start a blog or discussion on each problem.
It is better if information is typed in Sinhala
